CCTV
1. Digital CCTV WILL be provided in the form of a recordable system, capable of providing pictures of EVIDENTIAL QUALITY in all lighting conditions. Cameras shall encompass all entry and exit to the premises, fire exits and all areas where sales take place
2. Equipment MUST be maintained in good working order, be correctly time and date stamped, recordings MUST be kept in date order, numbered sequentially and kept for a period of 28 days and handed to Police/Council licensing on demand.
3. The Premises Licence Holder must ensure at all times a appointed member of staff is capable and competent at downloading CCTV footage in a recordable format ie DISC to the Police/Local Authority on demand.
4. The Recording equipment and discs shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the responsible named individual. An operational daily log report must be maintained endorsed by signature, indicating the system has been checked and is compliant, in the event of any failings actions taken are to be recorded.
5. In the event of technical failure of the CCTV equipment the Premises Licence holder/DPS MUST report the failure to the Police or Council Licensing immediately.
6. The CCTV shall be a system that is approved by a Greater Manchester Police Crime Reduction Advisor and is working to a satisfactory standard.
7. The CCTV shall be in use and recording at all times the business is open.
DOORSTAFF
1. There must be a minimum of 1 SIA registered door staff and positioned at the front door whilst the premises are open for business from 0200hrs. The member of doorstaff will stay on duty till the premises are closed and all customers have left the premises.
2. All door supervisors are to wear hi-visibility jackets and display their SIA badge in an arm band. This arm band will be worn on the sleeve of their coat/jacket, so that it is visible to members of the public, police officers and licensing officers.
3. Door supervisors will use the Oldham nite-net radio link.
4. A written record of the door supervisors working on any evening must be kept. The minimum amount of information that must be recorded is ‘date’, ‘full name’, ‘time shift started’, ‘time shift finished’, ‘SIA badge number’, ‘signature’. Upon request this record must be given to Greater Manchester Police and/or and authorised officer of the Council.
5. The PLH/responsible person in charge will stipulate (in writing to Oldham Council) the maximum number of customers that are allowed inside the premises at any one time.
6. The PLH/responsible person in charge/member of doorstaff will ensure that only this number of customers are allowed entry to the premises at any one time.
NITE - NET RADIO
1. The premises will sign upto the Oldham Nite-net radio system. This will be switched on and available for use in the premises at ALL times the premises are open for business.

There shall be no emission from the premises of any offensive smells, which are likely to cause a nuisance.
There shall be provided at the premises containers for the storage and disposal of waste food and other refuse from the premises. Those containers shall be constructed, maintained and located/secured so that access to them by vermin and unauthorized persons is prevented and arrangements made for the regular disposal of their contents in accordance with the duty of care provisions (Section 34) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
Where the premises provide food to the public for consumption on or off the premises, there shall be provided outside the premises, at or near the exits, sufficient waste bins to enable the disposal of waste food, food containers, wrappings and other litter.
Where the premises provide food for consumption off the premises, the public area outside and adjacent to the premises shall be cleared of waste food, food containers, wrappings and other litter which originated from the premises.
