Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
General
The premise is well lit with bins inside and outside for rubbish. We have CCTV in the shop. Clearly marked exits. We sell kebabs and curries, which are packed for the customer to take away to eat.
The prevention of crime and disorder
Opening times are clearly visible inside and outside the shop. No food is consumed on the premises as the food is taken away. We have a personal attack button in the shop, which is connected directly to the Police.
Public Safety
We have a non-slip floor. A doors and windows are checked regularly to see they are in working order. All exits are clearly marked and well lit. We have first aid kits, fire extinguishers and fire blankets. We have easy access for emergency services at the front and rear of the premises.
The prevention of public nuisance
We have a waste bin outside the shop and the area is well lit. There is also a bin inside the shop for any rubbish, which are cleaned almost everyday. We have a large bin in the back to empty the rubbish.
The protection of children from harm
We do not have a lot of children coming in the shop after 8 or 9 pm, and if we do they are usually accompanied by an adult.
