Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
General - all four licensing objectives
There will be no alcoholic drink served on or off the premises no alcoholic drinks are allowed by the management.
To promote the four objectives in partnership with the Local Authority and other stautory bodies by word of mouth, leaflets, posters on the premises and any other form of publicity.
The prevention of crime and disorder
There will be no crimes or disorderly behaviour on or off the premises as a result of license being given.
We will work alongside the Police, Local Authority local businesses and any statutory organisations to increase awareness of issues related to crime and disorder.
Public safety
Public safety and security will remain a priority, people deemed drunk will not be permitted on the premises subject to the discretion of the management.
Proactively identify risks and hazards to the public and report them to the relevant persons and bodies in order to isolate and make safe the environment.
Use of CCTV on and around the premises to deter and if required record incidents.
The prevention of public nuisance
There will be no nuisance as there is no alcohol allowed. None alcohol related incidents deemed serious will be automatically reported to the police.
Work with local patrols and businesses to identify, locate and report any situations and actions that cause public nuisance.
There shall be no emission from the premises of any offensive smells, which are likely to cause a nuisance.
Where there are any offensive smells created on the premises, provision shall be made for such smells to be vented from the premises so that they do not cause a nuisance to nearby premises.
There shall be provided at the premises containers for the storage and disposal of waste foods and other refuse from the premises. Those containers shall be constructed, maintained and located /secured so that access to them by vermin and unauthorised persons is prevented and arrangements made for the regular disposal of their contents in accordance with the duty of care provisions (Section 34) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
The protection of children from harm.
No alcohol served or allowed in the premises.
Be alert and attentive to the locale, confront and report suspicious behaviour to patrols and the Police in order to action an immediate response to safeguard the children.
