The prevention of crime and disorder
CCTV cameras to deter the crime.
Become part of the town centre ‘Nitenet’ radio group.
Notices Stating
The public will not be served if the establishment think that it will not be in their interest or could cause concern if they do purchase food.
Management reserve the right to refuse to serve the customer.
Public Safety
We have the fire extinguishers at the appropriate place on the premises.
Exit signs at the appropriate places.
Health & Safety poster at a visible place on the premises.
Fire exits clearly marked with appropriate signs.
Undertake risk assessments, including risk from fire and take measures necessary to avoid and control these risks.
The prevention of public nuisance
Bring the Extraction system up to date, to stop the emission of offensive smells.
Dispose of the packages and waste containers outside the premises in the bin provided.
Leave the premises and the area quietly in orderely manners as not to cause any nuisance to the resident, not to create such a noise which may disturb the resident.
Place the refuse, food waste into the comercial waste bins, which are collected by the Council Waste Department regularly.
Where there are any offensive smells created on the premises, provision shall be made for such smells to be vented from the premises so that they do not cause a nuisance to nearby premises.
Where the premises provide food for consumption off the premises, the public area outside and adjacent to the premises shall be cleared of waste food, food containers, wrappings and other litter which originated from the premises.
The protection of children from harm
Children are accompanied at night by adult.
Children do not stay on the premises after the unsocial hours.
Notices on the premises that the establishment does not support the use of any banned substance to be used on the premises.
Food is sold in appropriate containers to stop them being harmed.
