Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
General
1. All non-alcoholic drinks sold at the premises are supplied in cans or plastic containers.
2. We will provide waste bins near the access doors to the premises for the disposal of waste food and food containers.
The prevention of crime and disorder
1. We will participate in any local Watch Scheme.
2. No person in possession of an alcoholic drink in an unsealed container will be allowed to enter the premises.
Where there are any offensive smells created on the premises, provision shall be made for such smells to be vented from the premises so that they do not cause a nuisance to nearby premises.
Where the premises provide food for consumption off the premises, the public area outside and adjacent to the premises shall be cleared of waste food, food containers, wrappings and other litter which originated from the premises.
Public Safety
1. Drinks will only be sold in cans or plastic containers.
2. The premises shall be kept free from defects and there will be no alterations to the surface covering without prior notification to the Council.
The prevention of public nuisance
1. We will post notices and remind customers to leave quietly during the evening until closing time.
2. There will be no emissions from the premises of smells which are likely to cause a nuisance.
3. We will provide containers for the storage and disposal of refuse.
4. No nuisance will be caused by noise coming from the premises.
The protection of children from harm
No unaccompanied children under the age of 16 should be served after 9.30pm.
